This award winning barn conversion was flooded out by a burst water main and subsequently had to be gutted from the floor up to 1 metre high.

 

The existing floating timber floor was removed and the base was insulated, had a brand new underfloor heating system installed and the entire barn was floor screeded.

All electrics in the barn had to be re-routed through the floor.

 

Laminate flooring was then laid throughout the entire barn. 

 

New bathrooms were installed.
