Seaford College

This building was once a busy stable yard and is now a music block within a local college.

The old tiles were removed and insulation was installed after some extensive timber replacement and rot treatment.

Every dormer was recovered in new lead  and the building was re-tiled with a heritage tile.

The entrance canopy had suffered timber rot and the lead covering had perished.

Also at the same college the cricket pavilion roof was in need of resurfacing and while we were there we constructed from scratch a brand new clock house, as you can see from the photographs the old one was a little tired.
